• Complete the detailed form that follows so that we can make the most of your session. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be reviewed 3 days prior to your appointment.

• You'll receive an invoice to pay by credit card, you'll then receive a booking confirmation and receipt!

Your email confirmation and reminders will include details such as the zoom link we'll use to meet as well as any resources we may choose to share in advance of your consultation.
