• Your first session is the Set Up For Success session - select your preferred date and time below.

• Complete the detailed form that follows so that we can make the most of our time together. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be reviewed prior to your appointment.

• An invoice will be sent upon receipt of your forms. Payment is due 4 days prior to your session.
  

Your email confirmation and reminders will include details such as the zoom link we'll use to meet as well as the items you'll need to have set up for the alone time assessment.
