Cancellation Policies:

Training Services (excluding Board & Train or Stay & Train): we respectfully require at least 24hrs notice by text, phone or email. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hrs in advance will result in a forfeited session/consultation.

Play & Learn: given the nature of our program, we require 48 hours notice by text, phone or email for cancellations unless your pet is ill or injured. Should you miss a booked session without notifying us, the full charge will apply.

Training Membership Subscriptions: Memberships may be cancelled with 15 days written notice to info@fearlesstails.com. Access to Fearless Tails Video Vault and other resources will be revoked at time of cancellation.

Overnight Pet Sitting & Pet Visits: (A) Cancellations for pet sitting or pet visits received less than 7 days in advance of the booking date, will result in a service fee to the customer of 75% of the total booked service value. Please refer to your client agreement for the full cancellation, early returns or late returns.

Board & Train, Boarding with Tasha, Day School Packages, Wedding packages: Cancellations are required in writing by email 1 month in advance of the start date. Cancellations received less than 1 month in advance of the booked start date may be subject to a 75% cancellation fee, at the sole discretion of Fearless Tails. Rescheduling board and train dates are subject to rebooking fee of $150.

Refunds for services purchased and not used are not eligible for refund. In the event of a true and unavoidable emergency, or pandemic restrictions, illness or other reason, refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Fearless Tails.
